jilijl Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilijl ("jilijl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilijl online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at jilijl.app and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jilijl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jilijl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an account on jilijl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is mandated under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by jilijl. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any wager or accessing any game on the Platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jilijl or any regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilijl, or an immediate family member of any such person.

jilijl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by jilijl may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

To access the full range of games and services on jilijl, you are required to register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. jilijl shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on jilijl. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jilijl employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilijl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jilijl will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify jilijl support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jilijl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before making withdrawals or at any other time at jilijl's discretion. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to, a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or other government-issued identification.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on jilijl are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). jilijl supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Payment page. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. jilijl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. jilijl aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours, though actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution. jilijl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

4.3 Minimum Balances and Fees

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. jilijl does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which jilijl accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. jilijl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy. Players will be notified prior to any such deduction being applied.

jilijl offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion as published on the Current Offers page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: jilijl reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Eligibility: jilijl reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where eligibility criteria are not met or where suspicious activity is detected.

All games available on jilijl — including but not limited to Ganesh Fortune, Dragon and Tiger, Dinosaur Tycoon, Diamond Tycoon, and Poker — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. jilijl does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• jilijl's decision on all game-related disputes is final. Where a discrepancy exists between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jilijl's servers, the server record shall prevail.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilijl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such discovery must be reported to jilijl support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward jilijl staff or other players.

All content on the jilijl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video materials, is the property of jilijl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jilijl Platform without the prior written consent of jilijl. Unauthorized use of jilijl's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilijl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if jilijl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jilijl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilijl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilijl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

jilijl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account on jilijl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilijl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jilijl cannot guarantee absolute data security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and login credentials.

jilijl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
